A lazy, late-sleeping morning and an overflowing honey-do list meant yesterday's ride didn't start until there was at least a couple inches of snow on the ground. Was I bummed? Heck no! It just meant CVO and I got to rip fresh tracks through Wilderness... And it was good. CVO even brought his camera to prove that it actually happened.
We happened upon good buddies Butch and MW out around the mid-point of the park too... They were enjoying the park just like we were. We rode with them the rest of the way through. Believe it or not, Butch was riding Schwalbe slick tires, and was making it look surprisingly easy!
