Tuesday night's got a few things going on, not the least of which is the silent auction for John Andrews, our cycling brother who recently took a hard fall here in town and is now literally fighting the fight of his life. His auction is from 5-9pm, Tuesday, November 20, at 37th and "O" street, at the Sandquist Construction Group building (2nd floor, if I'm not mistaken).
There will be people at the Sandquist Construction Group office at 7:30am Tuesday for those wanting to drop off donations for auction items too.
I've decided that "MG2," my size large Klein Adept custom full suspension frame is going up for auction tomorrow for John, complete with the spare Fox Float RL rear damper and extra set of pivots and bushings. It's ready to build and ride for the winning bidder -- I wonder who that'll be.
Get a hold of these folks for details:

Bottom line, whether you donate an item, bid on an item, or both, even if you don't know John Andrews, if you're reading this blog, you and he have something in common -- the love of bikes. It's a good cause, so if you can help out, you know it's going to be very much appreciated. And it's the right thing to do.
Thanks in advance for whatever you can do. Give the folks above a call. I called Amy Sandquist and got through right away.
