I received the following notice from Mike Resetar, and would encourage anyone active in the off-road cycling scene in Eastern Nebraska to attend. For those who don't know, THOR stands for Trails Have Our Respect, and it's the Nebraska IMBA-affiliate club whose members (myself included) are responsible for the care and upkeep of most of the off-road trails we ride. Here's Mike's message:
T.H.O.R. will be holding it annual planning meeting Sunday January 28, 2007 at 14:00-16:00 (aka 2-4pm) at Bike Masters in Omaha, NE. Those with an interest in helping with the organization, leadership, and strategic planning of T.H.O.R. are encouraged to attend.

Snacks and soda will be provided. Those wishing to bring adult beverages are welcome to do so, but in moderation please. Bring your bike as well (if the ground ever freezes) to sample the great work at Tranquility Park of the Bike Master crew and Dale, the trail guru, either before or after the meeting.
